I ask for web designs that inspire you, so we can what kind of visual design you find appealing. Also, you can send me any content, images, or a logo if you have them. Your free discovery call is your chance to let me know what you need. We’ll discuss the following ideas:

Step 2: Plan your website
This is where the fun begins.
By answering a few questions in a Word doc, you can let me know about your business, brand, and website goals. You’ll also get a free copy of “Building and Growing Your Online Brand” to help with any branding queries.
After you send this back, you’ll get your onboarding pack which includes:
information about pricing and how to pay the deposit
the timeline for the project
a contract to sign
Step 3: Extended starter kit
Once the deposit has been paid, we get all the details clear regarding branding such as:
colours
fonts
logo
brand ‘voice’ and style
Send in any images you have, or we can agree to use placeholder images.
Also, send in any copy or content you’ve already written or we can agree to use placeholder copy.
If you’d like me to write all your original SEO copy, we’ll discuss your brand ‘semantic field’ and keywords in more detail.
Step 4: Initial home page design
On the start date of your project you’ll get 2 home page design ideas.
Choose one - and give feedback to help the design going forward.
Step 5: Interior page Design
Over the agreed time of your project, you’ll get the interior pages.
Give feedback on each one and we’ll work together to make them just right.
Step 6: Website development
After the website has been designed, I will focus on website development.
This means each page will be created in detail, and checked to make sure links, contacts etc. work. We work together as you give feedback and I do any revisions.
Step 7: Website walkthrough
We go through the website together - usually on a Zoom call.
Any questions you have about how to manage the site on your own can be answered here.
Step 8: Launch
Your website launch day!
Any further questions or training happens now.
Step 9: Follow Up
For the next two weeks, I’ll be available with ongoing support.
A week after your launch, we have a catch up and make sure everything is working well.

If you’re happy with your website (and I know you will be), you might like to post a review…
